Why Choose Al Noor Travel UK?
Established Since 2007
Al Noor Travel UK is run by Travixum Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13555073), with an office in Stratford, London. We have been arranging Hajj and Umrah for British Muslims since 2007. Most of our bookings come from past customers and their families.
ATOL Protected
Every package we sell with flights is protected under ATOL 12192. If a travel company stops trading, ATOL refunds your money or brings you home if you are already abroad. You can check our licence number on the Civil Aviation Authority website at caa.co.uk. Ask any agency for its ATOL number before you pay.
Clear Options and Transparent Pricing
We offer 3, 4 and 5-star hotels so you can pick the right balance of comfort and cost. Before you pay, we confirm your hotel name, its walking distance to the Haram, your airline and the total price in writing. We also tell you what is not included, such as meals on some packages, travel insurance and the meningitis vaccine, so there are no surprises.
UK-Based Support Before, During and After Travel
Our team is in London and you can reach us on 0203 900 0999 or WhatsApp +44 7377 674610. One agent handles your booking from your first call until you return home. While you are in Makkah or Madinah, there is always someone you can phone, day or night.
Support for Different Pilgrim Needs
We arrange trips for first-time pilgrims, elderly travellers, families with young children, people with mobility needs, and women travelling without a mahram (allowed for women aged 18 and over under current Saudi rules). Tell us what you need, such as a hotel with lifts, a room close to the Haram, wheelchair help or a ladies-only group, and we will plan around it.
Flexible Booking for Groups and Mosques
We arrange group Hajj and Umrah trips for mosques, madrasahs, community groups and large families across the UK. Groups of four or more usually pay less per person. We give the group leader one point of contact to handle rooming, documents and departure details.
Flexible Payment Plans
You can book any package with a £30 deposit per person and pay the balance in monthly instalments. There is no interest, no admin fee and no charge for paying early.
Travel Insurance Options
Travel insurance is not included in our prices, but we strongly advise every pilgrim to have it. We can point you to policies that cover Hajj and Umrah, including cover for medical needs and date changes. We will remind you to arrange it before you travel.
Clear Booking and Cancellation Information
Our booking terms are written in plain English and sent to you before you pay. They explain what the deposit covers, when the balance is due, how to change your dates, and what refund applies at each stage.
