The Special Night of 15th Shaban and Prayers
Shaban and Prayers: There are many Islamic events come on the Hijri Calendar and Shab e Barat is one of them which is a most celebrated night. This night is celebrated on the 15th of the Holy month of Shaban. The Muslim Ummah is busied in prayers and praising of Allah. Most of them celebrated this night in the House of Allah and Prophet’s Mosque with Ramadan Umrah Packages 2018 with 5 Star.
There is a contradiction among the Muslim Ummah on whether to celebrate this night of Shaban or not. Because some people say that there is no proof or weak proof from Holy Quran and Hadith. But, a majority of the people celebrate this night with great spirit. Before moving on, I should tell you, Muslims keep fasting in this night and offer the different prayers.
Preparation for Shab e Barat Prayers
On the holy night of Shab e Barat, there are different Nafl prayers and Tasbeehs that Muslims can perform to earn countless reward from Allah. They do following steps on this night,
• Position for Prayer
When a person is supposed to stand for prayer, firstly, he or she takes bath and wear neat or new clothes. Then they perform prayers.
• Night of Ibadat
Then they choose the place where no one talks even pin drop silence and they start their prayers throughout the night to earn Allah’s reward.
At the time of Maghrib which shows that 15th Shaban start. Muslims offer the 2 Rakats of Nafl. In the first rakat they recite the 3 times Surah Ikhlas and one-time Surah Falaq and in the second rakat, they recite the 3 times Surah Ikhlas and one-time Surah Naas.
When Muslims free from the Maghrib prayer, they start offering the two rakat of Nafl. They recite the Surah Yasin one-time, 21 times Surah Ikhlas, and Dua Nisf Shaban
In this prayer, Muslims offer the 2 Rakat Nafl prayer after Maghrib prayer. They recite one-time Surah Yasin and Dua Nisf Shaban.
Some Muslim offer the Salat Tasbeeh on the night of Shab e Barat. And it is considered very powerful prayer.
So, these are some types of Nafl prayers and we must offer these to get Allah’s reward. May Allah give the power to perform these prayers.
